Environmental factors concern us all, so we have committed to a policy of a “Less Paper” office environment. We employ sophisticated document management software and hardware. We are currently transitioning from hard-copy file cabinets to secure, on- and off-site electronic copies of client documents, reports and tax returns. High-speed duplex scanners are coming of age, and the copy machine and massive files of paper are beginning to be less significant.
 
Upon your specific request and for a nominal fee, we will store scanned copies of any personal, business, financial or tax documents you would like. And, in the not-too-distant future, we will offer you secure on-line access to your own personalized electronic filing cabinet. The days of searching for copies of deeds, mortgages, tax returns, financial statements, warranty information, important contracts, invoices, etc., are coming to an end.
